The following accessories and accessories of the product, if their replacement is not related to the disassembly of the product using special technical means and is provided by the design:

  • - Connecting cables, telephone headsets (“hands free”), antennas, headphones, microphones, various types of media (CDs, DVDs, memory cards, CDs with software and drivers, etc.);

Non-warranty cases

Warranty and free service does not apply to products whose deficiencies have arisen due to:

  • 1. Consumer violation of the rules of operation, storage or transportation of goods;
  • 2. Third party actions:
    • - repair or introduction by unauthorized persons of design or circuit changes unauthorized by the manufacturer;
    • - a deviation from the State Technical Standards (GOST) and the standards of power, telecommunications and cable networks;
    • - improper installation or connection of the product;
  • 3. The actions of force majeure (element, fire, lightning, etc.);
  • 4. The effects of malware (for example, computer viruses);
  • 5. The result of incorrect updating of IOS (for computer systems), software that led to the inoperability of the product, both by the user and unauthorized persons.
