Work experience as a physical education instructor in a kindergarten. Description of the work experience of the instructor in physical culture. Sample of a typical instruction

Endurance and more.

The increase in load can be achieved in various ways. The best option is to build a lesson according to the type of "flow-circular" training. In parallel with this, the intensity and density of the lesson can be increased by including the tasks and exercises already mastered by the children into the work.
Before the start of the lesson, we install four gymnastic benches across the hall at a distance of 2.5 meters from each other.
After the line-up and greeting, the children “snake” along all the benches “on their toes” with an equal hand position. It is important to feel your posture, straighten your shoulders, raise your head, tighten your stomach and feel yourself on strong and strong legs. Walking on a bench on your toes is a good situation to build trust in your own body.
The next task is to walk on the benches on toes, raising the knee high, slightly fixing the balance.
With these exercises, we not only “prepared the foot” for the upcoming loads, but also provided the children with the opportunity to get comfortable in this way in the organized physical space of the hall, and to feel, feel the “balance” of their bodies in space.

RUNNING AND TALKING AROUND YOUR BODY
After such a warm-up, the children are offered the following task - running in a circle ...
At the signal of the teacher, children change the direction of running to the opposite, observing the agreement - "keep up and not overtake." Then - running "snake" between the benches, again changing the direction of running. Then - the play task “Who made it?” By the whistle, the children stand on any bench, with either their face or their backs to the teacher, depending on the preliminary command.
Next, jumps between the benches are performed, jumps with rotation around themselves. Preschoolers perform these tasks in such a way that they see both those in front and feel those in the back. This allows them to maintain a distance, not push each other and not fall out of the general pattern of joint movement. The “guide” sets the pace and rhythm of the leaps, the next one picks up this tempo and rhythm, the third prepares, the fourth evaluates what is happening, while still as an observer. But then he joined in the texture of the movement. They also jump from behind. They can be seen with peripheral vision.
"And the guiding Dima can be seen too. He is already jumping far ahead, and we - in the same direction."
In general, the ability to move one after another, keeping the same pace and rhythm, can most easily be discovered by children in physical education. Then she (this opportunity) manifests itself again during choral singing, and only because of that - in joint actions when reading (some of the children have time to read, and someone has time to listen and understand), when solving problems (someone solves , someone follows and understands). Without a general pace, without the ability to coordinate it, no group activity is possible; even a simple joint conversation, when the speed of speaking must be coordinated with the speed of listening and understanding. The children have already covered the distance of 400 meters. Next, we will walk a step and again stop in front of the first bench. Moving on to jumping

CONFIDENCE IN YOURSELF IS BORN FROM CONFIDENCE IN OTHERS
After 2 - 3 cycles of jumps, which children perform with a "stream" AND a snake, the pulse will rise to 180 beats per minute. this load must be maintained for several minutes in order to obtain a developmental effect.
Jumping on benches on two legs, long jumps, jumps on the right and on the left legs on all benches with jumping on one leg (this is where a sense of balance is required) strengthen the muscles of the foot and the entire leg.
Jumping - "feet together - on the bench, feet apart - off the bench", jumping over benches, bending your legs. Such a number of tasks can be puzzling for both an adult and an untrained child. However, when children are engaged in physical culture regularly, then such loads are perceived by children without objection. They really like to easily fly over the benches, they really are not afraid to jump on them on one leg, they trust their body and themselves. They have confidence in their capabilities. And at the same time, they understand that anyone who is tired can, without the special permission of an adult, just leave the "circle" and relax on the bench. But there are no more than two or three such children in class. Observing the children, it is clear that they perform these tasks harmoniously, rhythmically, and technically correctly: moreover, both individual children and the whole group together. Note that the children themselves (!) Determine and keep the pace of the lesson. The general pace develops with such an organization of classes by the end of November, and now (in January-February) we simply use it to organize classes and more efficiently solve pedagogical problems.
It can be seen that children are guided by the success of another child about the performance of this or that movement, trying to do not worse, but even better. Thus, children learn from each other, and the effectiveness of the lesson thereby only increases.
Of course, this is not only our merit. A lot is determined by the style of the teacher's work in the group. And if the relationship between the adult and the children in the group is benevolent, friendly, then this friendship is found in other activities, for example, physical education.

WHAT ARE ADULTS HAPPY?
Let's go back to the lesson. The next task is of a game nature. Children turn into "caterpillars" and crawl one after another on the twigs-benches. The agreement is to crawl one after another, keeping the image of caterpillars, and not writhing worms. This is how the correct positioning of the hands is achieved and, thereby, the development of the muscles of the arms. There are four benches. , children crawl on all the benches, and there is an opportunity to look around and see who is around: “caterpillars” or “worms.” daily meetings in the gym, common interests and mutual sympathies.
The children's breathing was restored. and now, after this "relaxation", the children stand in two columns on the right side of the hall. Benches in front of them.
The first task: on the whistle, the children standing in the columns are the first to run, jumping over all the benches and stand in the “tail”. Basic agreement - movement begins on the whistle. While the first are running, the second are getting ready. Here it is interesting to see if the children are really preparing for running and jumping. Those who are really preparing, they take a special posture, a special inclination, even the eyes of these children change. If the children do this, it means that they already imagine what they have to accomplish, they “replay in their minds” their future actions, looking at the children jumping in front of them.
Whistle, first pair running, whistle, second pair. The time for giving the next signal is gradually reduced to 3-2 seconds, but the children do this task without getting lost, without breaking the general pattern of running, at high speed and in continuous movement.
It is important that the simultaneity of the jump, etc. - this is not an end in itself and a pedagogical value in itself, it is only a confirmation of the children's desire to act together, jointly, consistently, and amicably.
The second task is more difficult. At the very beginning, you need to do a somersault, holding hands, then, without breaking your hands, jump all four benches together (in pairs), at the very end, change places and return to the “tail”, but to another column.
We agree that such a coherence in the work of children in the senior group of the kindergarten can please not only the trainer-teacher, but also the educator of this group. Moreover, the teachers in our garden are always in the hall during classes. Moreover, before the start of this task, the coach, together with the teacher, holding hands, can tumble together and jump over all the benches together. Children take such adult participation very positively ...
Jumping exercises are enough today.

ENDURANCE ON THE BOLOT
Children stand in a circle in the center of the hall. We ask the children if they agree to be frogs today. If you agree, then it will be possible to move around the hall only by jumping "from feet to hands", like frogs. If you agree, then you need to choose the king of frogs. Children themselves choose the king. He is assigned a special place where he "sits" on the throne.
The king's right is to choose a driver (a jumper) who, "riding" the hoppibol, will jump around the hall to catch frogs. In turn, the "bouncy" chooses an assistant. the assistant closely monitors the progress of the game: his task is to bring the captured frog to the king. The Tsar commands to carry out his order (to make a "bridge", "stand on the shoulder blades", pull up on the horizontal bar, jump over the rope 10-20 times, etc.).
The main task of an adult is to organize the children for the game, to help them understand the roles and rules.
All the proposed characters were to the liking of the children. The children themselves assigned the roles, played themselves, and an adult could finally observe this “live performance” from the outside, have fun and learn a lot of new things from the characteristics of the characters, habits, and skills of children; discover new ways of co-organizing them with each other, a measure of their readiness to accept tasks from their peers, etc.
The roles are reversed several times, the children are ready to play indefinitely. But the time for class is coming to an end. We gather in a circle in order to exchange impressions of what happened today in the "swamp".
Children are building, saying goodbye to the teacher, but they do not want to leave the gym at all.

How the rate of a kindergarten physical education instructor is calculated, what constitutes the standard working time and what does the instructor do during a time that is not determined in hours

Learn more about the work of an ECE physical instructor

With the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard in preschool organizations, the requirements for the qualifications of a physical education instructor have been defined quite categorically: professional education in the field of physical education and sports. Surely in the bright future, such specialists will appear in kindergartens, however, today professionals do not strive for this position. Despite the fact that a physical education instructor belongs to the category of pedagogical workers, he does not have the rights to a preferential pension for 25 years of service like other pedagogical workers of preschool educational institutions, for example, an educator or music director.

Nevertheless, the main work of a physical education instructor is to conduct physical education, sports leisure and holidays with children, which, in fact, is included in the standard working hours, as well as drawing up long-term plans, class notes, maintaining documentation - what takes up the rest of the time is not specified in hours.

How the rate of the PEE physical education instructor is calculated

According to the Decree of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation of April 21, 1993 No. 88 in a preschool institution, or as it is now recommended: in a preschool educational organization for two groups of children aged three years and older, 0.25 physical education instructor's rate is laid, respectively, the full rate of a physical instructor is eight groups.

Work experience as a physical education instructor

"Kindergarten No. 257 Gems"

Every year, the relevance of issues related to the health of the younger generation increases. Preschool children are of particular concern. As you know, the development and upbringing of a child largely depends on the adults who surround him, and on what example (positive or negative) they set with their behavior. These are mainly family members of the preschooler. Therefore, a conscious attitude to their own health and the health of children, first of all, should be formed in parents.

The health of children is related to their living conditions, depends on the health status of their parents, heredity and even the profession of the parents. Therefore, strengthening the health of children, promoting their physical development is especially important.Currently, scientists and doctors of all countries consider physical exercise and movement in general as an important means of improving the body and preventing morbidity.

In the process of working with children, I drew attention to the fact that modern children are quite mobile. All moments of their daily life are filled with movement. At the same time, doctors and scientists from all countries prove that the incidence rate is high. Perhaps the reason for their incidence is not a lack of movement, but in the improper organization of physical activity, as well as insufficiently formed knowledge about physical culture among children and parents.

Therefore, the goal of my work is to develop healthy lifestyle habits in children through various forms of work. And the expected result is - a decrease in the incidence of children in the group. To implement it, I identified the following tasks:

1. To form health-preserving and health-strengthening motor behavior. Form the correct skills for performing basic movements;

2. To develop in children flexibility, agility, quickness, endurance, strength, as well as balance and coordination of movements;

3. Maintain interest in physical activity;

4. To cultivate a habit of a healthy lifestyle;

To solve the problems, special conditions were created: sports corners in groups where standard and non-standard equipment is concentrated (ribbed and preventive tracks, massage mats, rings, skittles, etc.) target for throwing, etc.,)

Having studied the initial knowledge of children about human health, I planned educational activities for a physical education and health club

"Zdorovyachok" for senior preschool children.

To develop movement skills and improve physical qualities, I conduct physical education with children in the gym and in the air, in winter with access to the winter stadium. In the classroom I use various motivations: "Little athletes", "Olympians". Invaluable benefits for the health of children are provided by such outdoor games as "Cat on the Roof", "Brown Bear", "Lion from a Stone" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" etc. Many interesting games are played with a ball, rope and other objects. Outdoor games have a beneficial effect on children's health and overall development. Children became more enduring, better navigate in space, jump correctly on two legs, run fast and catch a ball.

I also organize a joint holiday with parents "Day of health", "Dad can do anything", "Dad, mom, I am a sports family", "My mom is the best", where children receive an additional charge of vigor and health, and also have the opportunity to show my skills .. I work closely with my family. There were meetings-seminars “Children's health in our hands”, “Play imitative movements” in the early age group, “Moving together”, where I recommended additional literature to parents on improving children's health. Parents shared their family experiences of joint recreation with their children. Individual conversations with parents helped to draw their attention to the health of their children. (“Exercise”, “Dress for the weather”), etc. In order to study the healthy lifestyle of families, I conducted a survey among parents “The motor regime of the family”. Analysis of the questionnaires showed that the number of families leading a healthy lifestyle is increasing every year. Such a form of work with parents, as a photo exhibition, allows parents to observe the work of an instructor on the development of physical activity of children. The preschool educational institution has a sports corner "Sports Life", where I post additional information on strengthening the health of children, etc.) Physical education together with parents began to gradually enter our practice, contributed to the harmonization of parent-child relations, adapted parents to joint physical activity with the child. This is exactly the moment when a child and a parent can communicate, collaborate, interact together. It is at this time that all the attention of an adult is directed to the child. Parents are given the opportunity to observe their child, which allows them to evaluate the result of their upbringing. Joint physical education classes between parents and children are an actual and effective form of work. I have developed advice and reminders for teachers and parents on physical culture and health-improving work with children:

"How to properly organize physical exercises at home"; "Gymnastics for the eyes"; and etc.

The most important thing for me is that the parents paid attention to their own children, and the children developed an interest in physical education. Thus, a decrease in the incidence began to be observed. The joint work of educators, a physical education leader, a psychologist, a music director and parents has led to a significant improvement in relations in the teams of parents and children. Most parents noted changes in their children, who became more sociable, confident, caring, which affected the cohesion of all family members.

I would like to note the close cooperation with the preschool educational institution psychologist. With her suggestion, I apply the psychology of corporeality in my classes. This helps a lot to overcome the problems of children's insecurity in their own strengths and the capabilities of their bodies. The formation of arbitrary movement is based on the use of creative imagination. The so-called “meaningful” motor skills appear. The effect of the development of “meaningful” motor skills can be enhanced in an individual lesson if the child enters into a kind of dialogue with the organs of his own body as independently acting “persons.” For example, I work with a child who experiences significant difficulties in tossing a ball with one hand and trying to catch it with the other ... "Does not work? It's okay, I tell him. - You still have a little rest, and let your hands work for you. You just watch them. Give them names. Are they sisters or girlfriends? What do they like to play? How old are they - five, six? ... How skillful and dexterous they are! Praise them, stroke them. They can teach you how to throw and catch a ball so cool ... ”The result is that the effect of a separate health-improving measure is fixed in the form of a stable, holistic psychosomatic state, which can then be reproduced in the mode of motor self-development. Thus, interdisciplinary connections help me to solve my profile problems. In cooperation with educators, I carry out work to educate children about the need for a healthy lifestyle, interest in physical culture and sports. Each cycle ends with joint leisure time with parents, where the acquired knowledge and skills are demonstrated by children and reinforced in games and competitions. Children and their parents show their sports training at the competition “Dad, Mom and I - Sports Family”.

In communicating with children, I create an atmosphere of trust, benevolence and stimulation of the child's creative activity in motor self-expression, I encourage children to strive for originality, but within reason. I teach them to act rationally and adequately in each specific situation. I explain to the children that sometimes the safety of their lives can depend on the ability to run, jump, climb, fall correctly. I use game problem situations, outdoor games-tasks, collective interaction. I promote physical education and sports not only in classes with children, but also by example of my own life. I am deeply convinced that adherence to a healthy lifestyle can be achieved from pupils only when you yourself lead one.

I love sports, freedom and beauty of movement. Since her youth, she has been faithful to physical education. Sport was cultivated in our family, and since childhood I have been on the sports tracks with my parents. Skiing, skating, sledding in winter and running in summer helped mom and dad to keep fit and healthy, and it’s fun and useful for me to spend time with my parents.

My motto: “If not me, then who? And if I am, then everything is after me! ” I have a lot of like-minded people among colleagues and parents of pupils.

Of course, I would like to achieve one hundred percent participation of the preschool educational institution employees in the sports movement. And to attract more parents with children to participate in family competitions than now. Graduates of preschool educational institutions attend school circles and city sports sections. They have good sporting achievements.

Thus, I strive so that the work of a physical education instructor in our kindergarten is not limited to a set of certain indicators of the physical development of children, but that they will love sports and movement for life, just like me. So that friendship with physical education remains a useful and pleasant habit, and a healthy lifestyle remains an urgent need even when they become mothers and fathers themselves. which allows a person to have self-esteem and freedom.

From the experience of a physical culture instructor at the Center - Kindergarten No. 115 Ignatenko T.Ye.

"The therapeutic effect of physical culture and health-improving methods in working with preschool children"

Unconventional methods inphysical culture and health-improving work.

The main goal of non-traditional methods of work in physical education in kindergarten is to increase interest in physical education and the effectiveness of these activities, to maintain and improve the psychological and physical condition of children. In physical education classes, in addition to traditional methods of complex impact on physical and neuropsychic development, as well as the correction of early deviations in the state of health of children, I use non-traditional methods:

    elements of psycho-gymnastics, meditation, relaxation (hatha yoga system);

    rational use of "music therapy";

    presence in the classroom of a surprise moment, motivation, plot;

    the introduction of breathing exercises, including those from the "hatha yoga" system;

    the use of self-massage BAT;

    the use of preventive exercises for children with musculoskeletal disorders.

Mental processes in children are most adequately formed in play. The feelings of love for relatives, compassion for loved ones, friendly affection that develop in the process of playing, are enriched and become the basis for the emergence of complex social feelings.

Psycho-gymnastics- these are special classes (sketches, exercises, games) aimed at the development and correction of the cognitive and emotional sphere of the child. These exercises help to create a positive emotional attitude in the classroom, eliminate isolation, and relieve fatigue. With their help, children develop skills in concentration, plasticity, and coordination of movements. Creativity, fantasy, which are an indispensable condition for most outdoor games - one of the manifestations of the will to live - enhances brain impulses, which in turn stimulate the pituitary gland, the activity of the thyroid gland and the entire endocrine system.

Psycho-gymnastics and meditation have a complex effect on the physical and neuropsychic development of the child, as well as coordinate early deviations in the state of health of children, help relieve emotional and muscular tension, form the skills of interaction with each other, develop attention, speech, perception, imagination, and overcome stressful conditions. ...

Meditation means concentration. In the classroom, meditation is in the nature of short-term concentration on a particular image offered in a playful way. So, for example, in the game "The Sun", children stand in a circle, reach for the sun with their hands, generously the sun gives each child a sunbeam, which settle in the hearts of children. The children then send sunlight from their breasts to all beings around them. Children enjoy those pleasant emotions that they give to the world around them. It is advisable to accompany meditation games with music.

Relaxation- this is complete relaxedness. It is needed in order to restore physical energy, mental vigor and clarity of mind as soon as possible. The ability to relax is very important for mastering the body, for relieving mental stress.

To relieve psycho-emotional stress, a children's version of psycho-muscular training, developed by A.V. Alekseev for young athletes, is used, in turn, adapted for preschoolers. Psychophysical peace, achieved as a result of psycho-muscular training, restores the child's strength, he has a pleasant slumber.

Emotions have a very vivid form of expression through facial expressions and pantomime. When a child's imagination is working, the emotional attitude towards imaginary images can also be seen on his face. In physical education classes, I set myself another task - to help children communicate with each other and with adults without embarrassment and conflict. To this end, in the classroom, I use games that contribute to the development of basic communication skills. These games are divided into several different areas:

    "I and my body". Games are aimed at overcoming the isolation, passivity, stiffness of children, as well as at motor liberation. This is important, because only a physically free child is calm and psychologically protected. As an experience with their bodies, children are taught simple muscle relaxation skills. This group also includes finger games that help the development of children's speech.

    "Me and my tongue." Games are aimed at developing language, gestures, facial expressions and pantomime, at understanding that in addition to speech, there are other means of communication. These games are very effective for introverted, shy children who do not want or know how to communicate. When working with them, my task is to form their desire to communicate and develop communication skills. It's no secret that withdrawn and shy children can make contact more easily using non-verbal forms of communication that help them express their thoughts more freely and expressively.

In physical education classes, games are used that contribute to the development of children's speech.

    "Me and my emotions". These games are aimed at getting to know a person's emotions, realizing their emotions, as well as recognizing the emotional reactions of other people and developing the ability to adequately express their emotions.

My task is to correct the emotional state of children, to form and consolidate positive emotions in the process of engaging in motor activity, to create motivation for it, to develop correct emotional reactions to certain motor (game) situations.

    "I and I". Here are collected games aimed at developing a child's attention to himself, his feelings, experiences. It is known that the level of self-esteem is not established once and for all. It can change, especially during preschool age. Every our appeal to the child, every assessment of his activity, attitude to his successes and failures - all this influences the child's attitude to himself. Therefore, in the classroom, I use a number of games that help children to better understand, to form a positive attitude towards themselves.

    "Me and others" ... These games are aimed at developing the skills of joint activities, a sense of community, understanding the individual characteristics of other people, the formation of attention, a benevolent attitude towards each other.

    "Me and my family" ... Here are selected games aimed at realizing oneself as a full member of the family, accepted and loved by others.

Music therapy. For a long time, music has also been used as a healing factor. V.M. Bekhterev believed that with the help of a musical rhythm it is possible to establish a balance in the activity of the child's nervous system, moderate overly excited temperaments and disinhibit inhibited children, and regulate incorrect and unnecessary movements. Rhythmic assignments help to engage, activate, and awaken to activities in general. The organization of movements with the help of a musical rhythm develops children's attention, memory, inner composure (N.S. Samoilenko, V.L. Griker, E.V. Konorova). The musical accompaniment of games leads to an even more effective development and consolidation of useful qualities and skills, complete coordination of movements in speed, fosters a sense of rhythm, favors the balancing of nervous processes, promotes better coordination and regulation of muscle efforts with the functions of various analyzers of the child's body. The use of music in physical education classes contributes to the formation of the correct ideas about the nature of movements in trainees, develops accuracy and expressiveness in them when performing exercises, has a positive effect on the aesthetic, moral and physical development of students, contributes to the formation of correct posture and sports gait, movements become beautiful, dexterous, economical.

In physical education, I use various pieces of music, recordings of the sounds of the forest, the sea, birds, etc. Background music is given at the beginning of the lesson, which activates positive emotions and serves to set the children up for subsequent movements: during the warm-up, live music makes it easier for children to do the exercises. We often conduct outdoor games with musical accompaniment - it is especially desirable for children with neuroses and more serious disorders of the nervous system. Knowing that music organizes the child to perform exercises, helps him to freely express himself, I often conduct a set of general developmental exercises to music in the classroom.

One of the important elements of a healthy lifestyle is physiologically correct, rational breathing, which contributes to the preservation and strengthening of health. There are several variants and types of breathing, in which two different concepts are mixed: breathing exercises and daily breathing.

Breathing exercises increases metabolic processes that play a major role in blood supply, including the respiratory system. At the same time, the mechanisms of the central nervous system, including the brain, disturbed during the course of the disease are gradually restored, the drainage function of the bronchi improves, and nasal breathing is gradually restored. Painful formations (for example, adhesions, sticky processes) in the bronchopulmonary system are quickly eliminated. Resorption of inflammatory formations occurs, normal blood and lymph circulation is restored, stagnation in the organs of the respiratory system is eliminated. The functions of the cardiovascular system are improved and the whole circulatory apparatus is strengthened as a whole. Various deformities of the chest and spine that develop in the course of the disease are gradually corrected. The general resistance of the organism, its tone increases, the quality of immune processes increases and the neuropsychic state of the sick improves.

Taking into account the peculiarities of the breathing of children, I definitely include breathing exercises in physical education. This includes hatha yoga breathing exercises and plot complexes. (Appendix 6)

I give special static and dynamic breathing exercises against the background of general strengthening and general developmental exercises. The basis of these breathing exercises is their performance with an increased and prolonged exhalation. This is achieved by pronouncing vowel sounds (aaa, uuu, ooo), hissing consonants (zh, w) and a combination of sounds (ah, ooh, uh). I carry out these exercises in a playful way (a beetle hums, we cool the tea, an airplane hums, etc.). The ratio of general strengthening and breathing exercises is 2: 1. I gradually increase the load due to the number of repetitions and the complication of exercises.

I also use hatha yoga breathing exercises in the classroom. They contribute to the development of the skills of lower (abdominal) breathing with the subsequent transition to harmoniously full breathing: cleansing breathing "Ha". It relieves well anxiety and fatigue after dynamic loads, restores strength, clears the airways.

Yoga is the progenitor of all systems and methods of self-improvement. Yoga is a way of natural development of body and mind. Yoga practice helps children grow properly and makes them strong and strong. The entire system of exercises and individual asanas (static postures) are aimed at bringing the body into a state of balance, i.e. normal functioning of the body and psyche. By health, a yogi understands not the fact that the disease has been eliminated, but the feeling of fullness of energy, the joy of being, not only the ability for daily work, but also the absence of laziness. Yoga disease is a deviation from the state of balance and normal functioning of the organs of the body and psyche.

From the point of view of medicine, the great value of yoga is that with a minimum expenditure of energy, muscles in all parts of the body are strengthened and stretched. The principles of slow movements and postures in yoga are based on the fact that such a pace of movement stimulates and promotes the proper functioning of internal organs and endocrine glands.

The peculiarity of yoga exercises is that their therapeutic effect is due to the fixation of postures. Each exercise purposefully affects a specific organ of our body or organ system.

It also has a beneficial effect on the child's body active point massage... It increases the protective properties of the mucous membranes of the nose, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchi and other human organs. Under the influence of massage, the body begins to develop its own medications, such as interferon, which is often much more effective than tablets, acupressure as an element of psychophysical training helps to relax muscles and relieve neuro-emotional stress. So, for example, vigorous morning work with a toothbrush can give a good charge to the whole body as a whole, since the mucous membrane of the mouth contains representation of almost all the most important organs - the heart, upper respiratory tract, lungs, stomach, intestines, liver and kidneys. With regular use of gum massage, the delicate mucous membrane gets a kind of hardening: it becomes denser; increased resistance to mechanical factors, cold, heat; improves blood circulation, nutrition of gums and teeth. All this contributes to their health.

Influencing biologically active points, blood circulation and bone marrow innervation are normalized, as well as blood circulation in the esophagus, trachea, bronchi, lungs and other organs is improved, the functional activity of the brain is increased, the whole body is toned. In a word, acupressure strengthens the health of the child, raises his vitality, and hardens the body.

So that acupressure is not performed purely mechanically, I suggest that children communicate with their bodies in a play situation, mentally pronouncing affectionate words (cute, kind, good). The child is playing sculpts, crumples and smoothes his body, seeing in it an object of care, affection and love. Performing self-massage exercises in the classroom in a playful way, children get joy and good mood. Such exercises contribute to the formation of a conscious desire for health in the child, developing the skill of their own health improvement. The most accessible in children are BAPs located on the hands and feet. The massage of these points does not require special medical knowledge and therefore is often used by me in the classroom. For educators, a schedule of the BAP massage is recommended for children of different ages.

Corrective exercises. The inclusion of corrective exercises in physical education is due to the need to form correct posture in a preschooler.

The basis for the prevention and treatment of postural disorders, especially the initial stages, is the general training of the weakened child's body. It is known that the stereotypes of incorrect posture must be destroyed while lying down. Therefore, it is necessary in general developmental exercises to include as many preventive exercises as possible that strengthen the muscles of the back, in a prone position on the floor, and be sure to beat them (goldfish, bunny, boat, asterisk, etc.). The development of the correct posture is helped by outdoor games for coordination of movements, balance.

At the beginning and at the end of a physical training lesson, a visual control of posture is carried out. As a result, children become accustomed to standing and walking correctly. Thus, the general physiological effect of the exercises, with their appropriate dosage, ensures the harmonious development of the child's musculature, creates sufficient strength muscle endurance, which allows to maintain a certain posture in space for a long time.

Often one of the causes of poor posture is flat feet. It also occurs in weak, physically poorly developed children. The main reason for the development of flat feet is the weakness of the muscles and ligaments involved in maintaining the arch.

Early recognition of flat feet and its timely treatment by means of generally available gymnastic exercises will help to relieve children of this deficiency, or in any case, to reduce it. For this purpose, in physical culture classes, general developmental and special gymnastic exercises are used, which are the most active therapeutic agent, not only compensating for foot defects, but also correcting its configuration, and sharply increasing the functionality of the foot. In addition, it is advisable to include these exercises in morning exercises, for a walk during outdoor games.

The main purpose of corrective exercises is active penetration of the foot (position of the feet on the outer edge), strengthening of the entire ligamentous-muscular apparatus of the foot and lower leg against the background of the general development and strengthening of the child's body. Specially selected restorative exercises serve as the foundation on which the local foot correction is built (Appendix 6)

Movable healthinfusion games. Outdoor games are the most effective and effective method of healing and improving the body of children. They, to a much greater extent than all other forms of physical culture, correspond to the needs of a growing organism in movement. The game is always associated with personal initiative, creativity, imagination, causes an emotional upsurge, meets all the laws of a developing organism, and therefore is always desirable. The game usually uses natural movement. They not only contribute to the physical development of the baby, but also, which is very important, stimulate the activity of his brain, and therefore of all organs and systems.

It was found that when outdoor games are included in the complex treatment of children, complete recovery and restoration of their vitality, with a variety of diseases and conditions, occurs much faster. The use of outdoor games promotes harmonious physical and mental development, the formation of the necessary skills, coordination of movements, dexterity and accuracy.

Outdoor games temper the body and strengthen the immune system. But it should be borne in mind that the health-improving effect of games is possible only with frequent and prolonged exercise.

The health-improving role of play is also manifested in the formation of the child's emotional world. Positive emotions arising in game actions are considered as a reliable anti-stress factor. Games of a cognitive and entertaining nature can prevent the development of disorders in the state of the nervous, cardiovascular and other systems of the child's body. The most powerful therapeutic factor is the child's play with the parents. During the game, unexpected, funny situations often arise. This makes children and parents laugh sincerely. A relaxed, cheerful atmosphere does not allow the child to "go away" into illness, allows parents to show more attention to him and increases joint communication with children in an atmosphere of love, care and joy.

It is possible to achieve success in health promotion and full-fledged physical development of their physical activity only with uniform approaches to physical education in kindergarten and at home. However, in many families, the preschoolers' need for movement is far from being fully satisfied; preference is given to television, at best, "sit-down" games (mosaics, loto, etc.). At the same time, the following is not taken into account: a child can become an assiduous only if his natural need for movement is fully satisfied. Children first master the skills of controlling movements, and then statics. Consequently, one of the main tasks of an adult is the organization of the correct motor regime of the child with the simultaneous provision of a variety of motor activity, both in content and in the composition of movements.

To this end, we are conducting.
