  1. You need to eat regularly, at the same time, without long time intervals - then the bile does not stagnate, which means stones do not form, inflammation does not occur.
  2. Normal diet - at least 5 times a day in portions of no more than 400 g at a time.
  3. Any alcohol is absolutely contraindicated, because with cholecystitis it is not absorbed, and this threatens with severe intoxication.

From the fifth day after the exacerbation, steam or boiled meat (beef, chicken, turkey), boiled white fish are introduced into the diet. If the condition improves steadily, the symptoms of inflammation of the gallbladder subside, then under the supervision of a doctor, from about the 10th day, you can switch to a five-A diet.   • Tomato - 3 pcs.;
