SNC: We all try to find ourselves in one way or another. You must have already reached the goal?

Some take the easy way, others take the more difficult route. One thing is obvious: there are no bad and good events, there are simply events that teach you to love, be friends, and suffer. Today I am seriously engaged in intrapsy - this is the science of wisdom and the laws of life. Once I came to learn this from its founder, Vladimir Mikhailovich Kiselev. The main postulate of intrapsy says: the meaning of life is in life itself. If you gain the meaning of life, you will lose your life. Therefore, live here and now. A person becomes depressed if he returns to memories and talks about the past or fantasizes about the future. Both are an illusion, because of which we lose the present. Why wait tomorrow? Tomorrow is Armageddon.

SNC: Is that what you teach your students?

In my consultations, I first of all explain that in order to take off, it is not necessary to crash. To assemble, it is not necessary to disassemble yourself first. To understand the integrity of life, it is not necessary to become seriously ill, as happened to me. Although I agree: in order for the ball to jump high, it really needs to hit the very bottom first. But if today I am alive and well, I am well aware that tomorrow everything may not go according to my scenario. As Shakespeare said, the whole world is a theater, and people in it are actors. According to intrapsy, life is the same theatre. But we are not only actors in it - we are also directors, and illuminators, and decorators. My task is to convey to you that life is actually an illusion and everyone has their own. Here you are, Julia (when I switch to you, I don’t make familiars - I just model your conversation with myself), living in this space and time, you must understand that there is no good or bad in life, that no one can offend, slander, rob without your permission or a strong desire to receive it. Everything comes exclusively from you. Other people's advice, you know how they work?

SNC: I guess...

What is your foot size? And I have 39.5. And just imagine, I tell you: “Yul, what do you want? Be loved? Successful? Rich? So, like this: now put on my shoes and go to a secret place. I have already been there and found all this for myself. ” And you, I suspect, will ask me a reasonable question: “How can I get there in your shoes, if they are too big for me? ..” So. Someone else's advice is shoes that are not your size, this is the experience of someone else's life, not yours. And this despite the fact that there is a wise Yulia inside you, who is always with you and will tell you everything - she will choose the right person and the right moment, decide what to do.

SNC: How can you be a psychologist and not give advice? What kind of advice can help then in principle?

You can't help anyone at all. I repeat once again: only you can help yourself - well, if you want, of course. Therefore, I do not give advice as such - I only talk about the laws of life, I give you a tool in your hands. And then she herself, herself ... No one is able to give you a pill for happiness. One world-famous psychologist who wrote about how to be happy ended up hanging herself in her hotel room. And all why? Because she found the meaning of life. Do you remember the main postulate of intrapsy? If you gain the meaning of life, you will lose your life.

SNC: Do I understand correctly that such an approach basically does not involve any thoughts about the future? After all, each of us, in the end, strives for something.

Yes please! Dream, make plans, but do it without conventions: “you can live like this, but you can’t live like that.” By my example I will say: you can always live. And when you get sick, and when everything is taken from you, and when everyone leaves you, the sun always shines. Just don't put conditions on life.

SNC: You said that there is no good or bad in life and one should be free from everything. But after all, we still live in society, after all, in its coordinate system. How would you like to deal with this?

What society? Name me these people. Who are they? People think about you for exactly three seconds, and the rest of the time - only about themselves. Every person you meet is just your reflection, a projection. And the quality, so to speak, of those with whom you communicate depends on the quality of your life. The more flawed you are, the more miserable your environment will be - and vice versa.

SNC: And how did you manage to come to all this and change the model of perception that most people are used to?

When I was diagnosed with oncology and my body turned on the system of leaving life. Day after day, I watched this mechanism work, and at that very moment I began to live. In my opinion, this is a spiritual feat: do not be offended, do not get angry, do not break down, do not be led by circumstances, but continue to create your own life.

BUT Nastasia von Kalmanovich. The short-haired platinum blonde turned the talented Ufa singer Zemfira into one of the most expensive projects in Russian show business. Not a single fun party could do without a producer, actress and wife of Baron Shabtai von Kalmanovich. However, in 2009, the gossip column was replaced by a forensic criminal one: von Kalmanovich was killed (unknown people fired at his Mercedes in the Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment area), and after his death, three wills remained at once - exactly by the number of marriages.
