  • 10 g baking powder
  • sunflower oil for frying

We start the process

  1. First of all, cut the cabbage into arbitrary pieces. Then we put the water on fire and bring to a boil. Then we put the prepared cabbage there, bring it to a boil again and continue the cooking process for another 5 minutes. After the required time has elapsed, drain the broth and pour out the 150 ml that we need.
  2. We put the cabbage in a colander and rinse with cold water. Then we transfer it to a separate container.
  3. Peel the onions and chop them finely. Then we send it to the cabbage. Now, using a hand blender, make a homogeneous mass out of this.
  4. Pour in prepared cabbage broth and add sunflower oil. Mix everything well. Salt, pepper, add caraway seeds and sifted wheat flour with baking powder. After that we mix everything well and as a result we get a thick mass.
  5. Preheat a frying pan with sunflower oil and spoon the prepared cabbage dough in portions. The fire should be medium. Fry our pancakes on both sides until tender.
