About everything in the world

Experience as a physical education instructor at a dhow. "Sow a habit - reap health!" From the experience of a physical education instructor. Physical education instructor

"You cannot teach health - you need to educate the need to be healthy."

Physical health is a fundamental condition for the spiritual and moral development of a person ... In preschool age, the foundation of health is laid: maturation and improvement of vital systems and functions of the body takes place, its adaptive capabilities develop, its resistance to external influences increases, posture is formed, physical qualities, habits are acquired, strong-willed character traits are developed, without which a healthy lifestyle is impossible.

The problem of using alternative physical culture classes of non-traditional orientation, which take into account the peculiarities of the motives and needs of preschoolers, is becoming especially acute.

The relevance of the chosen work is determined by the special socio-economic and socio-hygienic situation in the country. In the last decade, there have been clear trends towards a deterioration in the health and physical development of children. Parents, medical and pedagogical workers state lagging, delays, violations, deviations, inconsistencies with the norms in the development of children, and the inferiority of their health. This applies primarily to the nervous system and the musculoskeletal system.

A single basis for the problems of physical and neuropsychic development of children led to the creation of motor programs for the development of a child. Therefore, the introduction of innovative technologies and interspersing of health-improving measures has become a top priority and timely task for me.

The use of alternative (non-traditional) physical education activities will increase interest in physical education and improve health if:

- to create a system of interesting physical education;

- to think over a specially organized methodology of physical education, including the selection of forms of conduct, content, methods and techniques;

- to put the following criteria as the basis for non-traditional forms of physical education: interest of preschoolers in physical education, the level of physical fitness and health, the complexity of the content of physical education.

It is possible to ensure the correct physical education of children, the good health of each child only under the condition of well-organized medical and pedagogical control over the physical development and state of health and planning of all health-improving and educational work with children. Therefore, in the 2010 - 2011 school year, the kindergarten was faced with the task of establishing interaction between pedagogical, medical personnel and parents in the issue of health and educational work, and the formation of a habit of a healthy lifestyle. Since the 2012 academic year, I have continued to work on improving the health of children through the introduction of health-saving technologies and alternative activities into the educational process.

The purpose of my work is the preservation and strengthening of children's health. It is optimal to implement the health-improving, upbringing and educational direction of physical education, taking into account the individual possibilities of the child's development.

To the main tasks protection and promotion of children's health include:

- strengthening the health of children;

- raising the need for a healthy lifestyle;

- development of physical qualities and ensuring a normal level of physical fitness in accordance with the capabilities and state of health of the child;

- introducing children to the traditions of big sports.

This work is based on the following methodological principles: availability, consistency and consistency.

Currently, I am working on new approaches to the formation of physical culture based on three main directions:

1. Socio-psychological, aimed at the formation of the need for the development of the values of physical culture.

2. Intellectual, involving the acquisition of a set of theoretical and practical knowledge. Children receive knowledge of valeology in an accessible form. For this purpose, I use the integration of modern physical education programs for preschoolers, new methodological literature, as well as a project-based teaching method.

3. Motor - the development of physical qualities, motor skills and abilities, as well as the use of physical potential.

Thus, physical development and health should equally be aimed at the bodily (physical) and neuropsychic development of the child.

SYSTEM OF PHYSICAL AND WELLNESS WORK

The system of physical culture and health-improving work is built with children on the use of traditional and non-traditional forms of work in work.

One of the main factors in the improvement of children’s health is physical activity. Muscular activity, as an important factor in the body's self-regulation, leads to very significant changes in the child's condition.

On the basis of the diagnostic data, a comprehensive system of improving the health of children for all age groups was compiled, which organically included both health-improving and treatment-and-prophylactic, and educational and educational work.

All work on the development of basic movements and physical readiness of the formation, taking into account the diagnostic data, which allows you to determine the priority tasks and prospects for the future.

Analysis of the survey of the main types of movements of children at the beginning of the school year allows you to correctly determine the learning objectives for the coming year.

INDIVIDUAL APPROACH

We must not forget about the need to monitor the physical condition of children.

At the same time, in the morning exercises and physical education classes, I take into account and implement an individual approach to children whose physical load is limited by their state or health group; which must be taken into account, as well as to children who are newly admitted or are physically somewhat weakened after an illness. It should be remembered that children are not able to control their condition themselves and the responsibility for their health lies with the teacher, and special attention should be paid to signs of physical distress, when they appear, it is necessary to reduce the load or even stop for a while.

With children who are lagging behind in physical development, I carry out individual corrective work: we perform exercises to strengthen all muscle groups using simulators, some basic types of movements, taking into account their capabilities and state of health, but without reducing the requirements for the quality of movements.

CIRCULAR WORK

Along with outdoor games and basic gymnastics, elements of sports are introduced into the physical education of preschoolers for the purpose of improvement, the formation of vital motor skills and abilities, the development of physical abilities, i.e. improving the physical fitness of children. A variety of sports exercises allow you to comprehensively influence the muscular system, strengthen the bone apparatus, develop the respiratory and cardiovascular systems.

An important place in the physical education of preschool children is occupied by actions and ball games, through them the skills of most basic movements are improved, and also have a beneficial effect on the physical development and performance of the child.

Ball exercises develop not only large but also small muscles, increase joint mobility, strengthen the muscles that support the spine, and promote good posture.

Sports exercises introduce children to martial arts, contribute to the enrichment of their emotional sphere. during the competition, the participants experience the joy of victory or the bitterness of defeat. All this contributes to the development of internal motives for the improvement of movements.

The combat environment usually increases the activity of the participants and encourages them to communicate. The intensification of their communication with each other is manifested in the fact that they together determine and discuss the results of the competition. The desire to win develops in competitions, so children react more sharply to the implementation of simple rules.

NON-CONVENTIONAL FORMS

When choosing non-traditional forms, the instructor (educator) must take into account the tasks, content, place and conditions of the lesson, the physical fitness of children, the degree of their mastery of certain types of movements, the individual characteristics and interest of children.

The health-improving effect achieved when carrying out non-traditional forms is closely related to the positive emotions of children, which have a beneficial effect on the psyche of the child.

Dance and game gymnastics for children "SA-FI-DANCE"

Recreational and developmental gymnastics "Sa-Fi-Danse" is aimed at the comprehensive, harmonious development of preschool children.

Gymnastics "Sa-Fi-Danse" represents dance-rhythmic gymnastics, non-traditional types of exercises and creative gymnastics.

Dance-rhythmic gymnastics includes sections: game rhythm, game gymnastics and game dancer. Non-traditional types of exercises are presented: game plastic, finger gymnastics, game self-massage, musical and outdoor games and travel games. Creative gymnastics includes: musical and creative games and special tasks (see appendix).

The play method gives the educational process an attractive form, facilitates the process of memorizing and mastering exercises, increases the emotional background of classes, contributes to the development of thinking, imagination and creative abilities of the child.

The main goal of Sa-Fi-Danse gymnastics is to promote the all-round development of a preschooler's personality by means of dance and play gymnastics.

It is assumed that the development of gymnastics will help the natural development of the child's body, morphological and functional improvement of its individual organs and systems.

Breathing exercises

Among the methods of physical education that have good health-improving value, breathing exercises are now becoming increasingly common in preschool educational institutions. Pathological changes that occur with colds weaken the respiratory muscles, which leads to a deterioration in pulmonary ventilation. Using physical methods, we restore the disturbed respiratory functions, prevent the development and eliminate the existing changes in the bronchopulmonary system, which result in the phenomenon of oxygen deficiency. Therefore, I pay great attention to the use of elements of breathing exercises in the classroom, which contributes to the development of respiratory muscles, an increase in the mobility of the chest and diaphragm, and an improvement in blood circulation in the lungs. Regular exercise increases the strength of the intercostal respiratory muscles and diaphragm, and thereby increases the tidal volume of the lungs. In addition, the exercises contain additional reserves of breathing and attention training.

Psycho-muscle training

Almost all new programs for the physical education of preschoolers include psycho-preventive measures, including training in psychoregulation, in physical culture and health-improving work.

Psychomuscular training is based on muscle relaxation / muscle relaxation /. With the help of certain techniques / contrast of tension and relaxation of muscles, controlled breathing and the use of self-hypnosis / children learn to voluntarily relax muscles. Their muscle tone is often changed, so the inclusion of exercises for active relaxation and muscle tension is necessary, especially in combination with poetry, or calm music / the sound of the surf, etc. /

Self-massage

The use of physical culture means for health-improving purposes forms vital motor skills and abilities in children, as well as knowledge in the field of hygiene, medicine and physical culture, contributing to their health strengthening.

Self-massage is an important means of physical education, it promotes the expansion of skin capillaries, accelerates blood circulation, strengthens the functions of the glands, which has a positive effect on metabolism.

Finger massage promotes the development of small muscles, I learn with children exercises for fine motor skills of the hands: "ball school" - helping to improve blood circulation, strengthen the muscles of the arms and chest, develop motor skills, which ultimately contributes to mental development. In addition, the mobility of the ligamentous apparatus improves and is very pleasant for children. It makes them cheerful, encourages them to be active.

This year, as part of the implementation of the annual plan, I held a workshop with teachers, where they learned the complex of adaptive gymnastics, carried out after a nap. The duration of the entire learned complex as a whole is 30 minutes; which smoothly turns into hardening or health-improving activities: walking along the "health path" and hardening procedures prescribed by a doctor, in accordance with the age characteristics of the group.

Hardening

Just like massage, hardening is an important means of physical education, with the help of which the body's resistance to harmful environmental influences is consistently increased. The hardening of children in a preschool educational institution provides for strict adherence to rational hygienic conditions and requirements: clean air, optimal air temperature ratios in rooms and adequate clothing, an active motor regime, and more.

New sports equipment is always an additional incentive to intensify physical culture and health-improving work. Therefore, it is never superfluous. Can I upgrade my game inventory at no extra cost? Of course you can, because I have a desire to do something with my own hands and a little imagination, I can easily cope with this task. Therefore, I widely use play methods and techniques in my work, bright non-standard equipment made of junk material that attracts the child's eye, in order for the child to want to do this, enjoy the lessons, these are: large and small massagers made of corks and boxes "Kinder surprises" - foam rubber fins, massage mats made of buttons, corks, ropes, felt-tip pens, pieces of fur, etc. - such shells will teach children to maintain balance, walk within a limited area, develop coordination of movements, promote the activation of biologically active zones, provide tonic effect, can still be used for the prevention and correction of flat feet.

Fitball - gymnastics

Fitball - gymnastics - gymnastics on large gymnastic balls.

According to the structure of fitball - gymnastics, it resembles classical physical education classes with a strict three-part form, where there is: an introductory part, the tasks of which include the development of all types of attention, perception and memory, orientation in space on the material of basic movements; the main part is the development of general developmental exercises; the final one is an active game and relaxation (see appendix).

Step - gymnastics

With the help of step gymnastics, you can form a harmoniously developed body, straight posture and develop expressive, smooth, precise movements in children. But the most important result of doing step-gymnastics is the strengthening of the nervous, respiratory, muscular, cardiovascular systems, since blood pressure and the activity of the vestibular apparatus are normalized.

The optimal time for doing step-gymnastics is in the morning. This gives the child's body vigor for the whole day and improves overall tone.

In order to make the classes more interesting, it is important to use musical accompaniment.

Step gymnastics is not just a combination of various movements, but a beautiful sports dance that benefits the health of children and improves their mood (see appendix).

Eurythmic gymnastics

Eurythmic gymnastics is a type of health improving gymnastics based on the rhythmic patterns of speech, music, general developmental exercises, basic steps and elements of aerobics (see appendix).

The main tasks solved in eurythmic gymnastics classes:

Formation and correction of posture, a sense of the pace and rhythm of movements, attention, spatial orientation;

Development of motor qualities: strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, agility;

Correction of coordination of hand movements (finger gymnastics, inclusion of small hand movements in general developmental exercises) and legs;

Improving the mental state (reducing anxiety, aggression, emotional and muscle tension, improving attention, imagination);

Expansion of emotional experience, development of skills of interaction with each other;

Formation of creativity ("rhythmic fantasy" on given and arbitrary themes), creating an atmosphere of joy and stimulating the development of creative abilities.

Developing classes "Theater of Physical Education"

"Theater of physical education for preschoolers" is a new approach to physical education, involving the use of a new methodology for the physical development of children.

Theater is a playful form, a new system of physical recovery, correction, prevention and creative self-expression of children.

Each lesson, according to the program "Theater of physical education of preschoolers", is a situational mini-game (mass media), in which children enter the stage of role-playing or "imitative", imitation game, acting either in the roles of animals, then in the role of birds, insects or fairy-tale heroes. During classes, pictures are regularly used - schemes, music.

In such classes, children do not notice that this is a physical education lesson, and are full participants in a fabulous theatrical action (see appendix).

JOINT PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES OF PARENTS WITH CHILDREN

The main purpose of such classes is to help parents and children feel the joy of joint motor activity, parents - to establish emotional-motor contact with children. Promote the development of interpersonal communication between a child and an adult.

To make the classes interesting and exciting, in the classroom, plot, integrated and game forms of joint physical education should be used. The plot lessons (see appendix) are based on the joint movements of children and adults, organically combined with the development of the plot. The content of integrated lessons allows the child, together with the parent, to overcome difficulties, to solve problem situations.

The effectiveness of classes depends not only on the form and content, but also on the rational organization of children and adults. Most of the time, the child completes tasks with an adult; at the same time, each of them acts for their own child as a partner, assistant, coach.

Thus, in working with parents, the following tasks are solved: to increase their responsibility for raising a child, arouse their interest and desire to study with him, and arouse a desire to cooperate with a kindergarten.

CORRECTIVE GYMNASTICS

General developmental and corrective exercises play a special role in the physical education of children. They help to selectively affect the child's body and can be used to prevent and correct certain deviations in the development of motor skills and deformities of the musculoskeletal system.

At the beginning of the year, medical workers examine children, after which I form groups for the prevention and prevention of flat feet. At the end of the year, a similar survey is carried out to determine the dynamics of strengthening the arch of the foot and conclusions can be drawn about the work done during the year.

Classes are designed for children 5 - 7 years old, the duration of the classes is from 20 to 25 minutes, are held 3 times a week (see appendix).

The analysis of the work carried out on the prevention and prevention of flat feet of the past years, makes it possible to draw conclusions about the existing tendency to improve and strengthen the ankle muscles and the arch of the foot. This is shown by plantography and statistics: in the 2011-2012 academic year, 35 people were engaged in the correction group, 27 people graduated with a normal arch of the foot; 2012 - 2013 academic year out of 33 people - 22 people.

Over the course of three years, studying with preschoolers, and using non-traditional technologies, I drew attention to the fact that children get sick less, their attention and mood have improved. Children have become more agile, resilient and stronger. Thus, the use of traditional and non-traditional forms of work, hardening and a number of other non-medicinal means of health improvement in the physical culture and health work of a kindergarten gives its positive results.

  1. The analysis of the incidence rates of preschoolers made it possible to note

a downward trend; this is due not only to the age of the children,

but also with health-improving work.

  1. The attendance has increased.
  2. The incidence of colds has decreased.
  3. Children easily make contact, they are cheerful and mobile.

Conclusion: organized upbringing and educational and physical culture and health-improving work has a positive effect on the development of children: it helps to strengthen mental health, normalize their socially adaptive sphere.

The results of the presented experience allow us to make a conclusion about the effectiveness of the work done on the introduction of new approaches, forms, methods and principles of building educational and physical culture and health work in kindergarten.

The process of improving public relations is endless. At all times there are difficulties and difficulties and no matter how much we talk about the need to change the living conditions of children, the main thing here is not only this - it is important that people think about their behavior.

A child's development depends not only on a good biological basis, but also on the environment in which the child grows up, on the way and level of satisfaction of the child's needs. His entire subsequent life largely depends on the upbringing, physical and moral development of the child. Many positive and negative qualities of a person have their origin precisely in the childhood period.

"To make your child smart and sensible, make him strong and healthy."

Modern approaches to the development of children's motor creativity by means of non-traditional physical training equipment

“Taking care of health is the most important work of an educator. Their spiritual life, mental development, the strength of knowledge, and faith in their own strength depend on the health and cheerfulness of children. "

V.A. Sukhomlinsky.

The great value of every person is health. Raising a child strong, strong, healthy is the desire of parents and one of the leading tasks facing the preschool institution.

In recent years, the number of physically weakened children has noticeably increased. Ecological problems, parents' employment, low level of family physical activity - all this does not strengthen the child's health, but on the contrary. Many parents are overly keen on the intellectual development of their children, completely forgetting that strengthening their health, promoting physical and mental development is currently especially important.According to the Research Institute of Hygiene and Health Protection of Children, the Scientific Center of Children's Health of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, recently the number of healthy preschoolers has decreased 5 times and is only 9% of the contingent of children entering school. Only 5-7% of preschoolers are healthy, 30-35% suffer from chronic diseases, over 60% have functional deviations.

That is why the problem of deteriorating health of the country's population and especially children is becoming national. The Decree "On increasing the role of physical culture and sports in the formation of a healthy lifestyle of the population" signed by President V. Putin showed the state's concern for the future of the country. In this regard, the Government of the Russian Federation timely adopted the target program "Children of Russia". A special place in the program is given to the "Healthy Child" subprogram, the purpose of which is to preserve and strengthen the health of children and adolescents at all stages of development. And in the "Concept for the modernization of Russian education" the task of achieving a new modern quality of education by updating the content of education and improving the mechanisms for controlling its quality is clearly defined.

The urgency of this problem is also defined in the Law "On Education" (subsection 2, article 1, part 1), the Federal Program for the Development of Education, the National Doctrine of Education, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the World Declaration on the Survival, Protection and Development of Children.

Proceeding from the fact that the problem of the formation of children's motor activity is urgent, I have carried out a diagnosis of the physical development of preschoolers. Diagnostics showed that the basic movements of children are insufficiently developed, 38% of children have a high level, an average level - 20%, a low level - 42%.

I was faced with a pedagogical problem: by what means to increase children's interest in physical culture and creativity in physical activity.

Based on the importance of this problem, purpose: find ways to form motor activity in preschool children by means of non-traditional physical training equipment and the following tasks:

1. Study and analyze the pedagogical and psychological literature on this topic.

3. Draw up an action plan on this topic (GCD, leisure, entertainment, Health Days).

2. To develop a system of work on the formation of physical activity in preschoolers, using non-standard equipment and check its effectiveness.

5. To involve teachers and parents in the manufacture of non-standard physical education equipment.

The work on solving the assigned tasks was carried out taking into account the following principles:

1. The principle of systematicity and consistency.This principle assumes that the assimilation of educational material is in a certain order, system. When planning, the sequence of the disclosure of the topic is established, the connection of the new material with the previously mastered educational activity, the experience of children is thought out.

2. The principle of accessibility -involves the correlation of the content, nature and volume of educational material with the level of development, preparedness of children.

3. The principle of visibility.This principle corresponds to the basic forms of thinking of preschoolers. Visibility provides understanding, strong memorization. To make learning visual means to create visual images in a child, to ensure the perception of the environment, to include directly in practical activities, to link learning with life.

4. The principle of coordinating the activities of teachers, specialists and parents.It assumes cooperation and coordination of actions of educators, music director, teacher-psychologist, medical workers, assistant educators in achieving a common goal.

Educators know that the main burden in terms of the physical development of children falls on educational activities directly. What needs to be done to make physical education more interesting, exciting and effective for young children. Indeed, sometimes the professionalism, emotionality of the teacher is not enough to stimulate the interest of preschoolers in physical culture. L.N. Tolstoy emphasized that the child is willingly engaged when it is interesting to him.

S.Ya.Fainshtein argued that neither imitation, nor images give such a positive result when performing motor tasks as equipment and aids. This prompted me to search for and introduce new non-standard equipment for use in physical education, in order to increase interest in physical development classes, to strengthen the health of children and develop their motor creativity.

I began my work by studying the relevant scientific and methodological literature, made a Plan for equipping a subject developmental environment for physical development in groups.

The non-standard equipment developed and manufactured by me is simple, inexpensive, versatile, small-sized and brings an element of novelty to every event with children. These manuals are multifunctional, which makes it possible to apply them in various activities. Children are attracted by the unusual shapes, the colorfulness of such equipment, which contributes to a higher emotional tone during direct educational activities and children's interest in them, forms the need for movement.

The children learned that it is not only possible to draw with colored pencils: they easily turn into a massager for fingers and toes, as well as pebbles, buttons, bumps, and abacus.

Simple disposable plates with pasted images of funny animals - simple, inexpensive, low-space equipment, brought an element of originality to each event, aroused interest and a desire to play with a new attribute for children. They enriched motor activity, helped to make the task more visual and understandable.

The “Freckles-rattles” manual, made of plastic containers, braid and various noise elements, was very much appreciated by the children. It is used not only when performing OSU, but also in various types of walking and running, when performing outdoor games. Children effectively use it throughout the day in various forms and types of activity, which means they enrich motor experience and creativity at the level of their individual capabilities. We made the “Walker” manual from wooden blocks, fastening the cords on them. This manual trains children in the ability to maintain balance, fosters courage.

Non-standard equipment developed and independently made by us includes the following types and options:

1. To perform ORU: unusual bags, dumbbells, magic caps, "freckles-rattles", "funny rope", scarves, gloves, mittens, vegetables, amazing pencils, pompushki

2. To perform ATS: a multi-colored cord, a lifesaver, a portable target "Octopus", walkers, funny swings, magic rugs, "River path" track

3. For the development of coordination of movements, stability made "Snake", gymnastic sticks, covered with fabric and fastened together.

4. "Shoes" - wooden bars with an elastic band, so that you can insert a leg, develop strength, dexterity, endurance, are the prevention of flat feet.

5. "Colored chains" - handles from kinder surprises are attached to the ends of the ropes and are used to perform general developmental exercises.

6. "Folding walkway" - plywood squares held together by door hinges. The manual can be transformed and take different forms. Develops coordination of movements, contributes to the formation of correct posture.

7. For walking, climbing, jumping, stepping over we use a soft boa constrictor made of a man's tie stuffed with foam rubber. Children are happy to play with a boa constrictor, developing dexterity, balance, self-confidence, strengthening the muscles of the legs and feet.

8. "Colored streams" - cut out of linoleum, plastic caps are glued on top. Develops attention, orientation in space, is the prevention of flat feet.

9. "Multi-colored stumps" - develop coordination, are used for stepping, running.

10. "Motley bracelets" - made of scotch tape reels, develop coordination of movements, improve posture, can be used to carry out ATS and OSS.

11. Cups for the game "Drop the ball". For the development of eyes, dexterity, speed of reaction.

12. "Cheerful Umbrella" - used for a variety of games, breathing exercises.

13. "Ribbed sticks" - made of parts from the account, used for finger gymnastics, self-massage.

14. "Freckles-rattles" - made of plastic containers, used for outdoor switchgear, walking, running.

15. "Funny rattles" - made of reels of scotch tape, pasted over with colored cardboard, used for outdoor switchgear and in game activities.

16. "Noise plates" - used for outdoor switchgear, in morning exercises, made of two disposable paper plates and noisy materials.

17. "Breeze in a bottle" - used for breathing exercises, made of plastic bottles and colored foil.

The use of non-standard manuals brings a variety of direct educational activities, outdoor games, allows me to use various exercises more widely, to vary tasks. Carrying out activities for physical development using non-standard equipment showed that interest in them is possible due to its effective use, which makes it possible to quickly and efficiently form motor skills and abilities.

I have developed abstracts of direct educational activities and entertainment using non-standard physical education equipment I have made, and I am successfully applying them in practice. Under my leadership, in each age group, a sports corner or "Health Corner" has been created, where manuals for the development of physical activity are located in an accessible place for children. This is both factory sports equipment and non-standard, made by teachers and parents. Here you can see various massage and ribbed paths, for the prevention of flat feet, ring throws, bilbock, serso, soft targets, multi-colored flags, ribbons, pigtails, sultans and much more.Non-standard equipment is used in our kindergarten in all types of health and fitness work: during morning exercises, health exercises, in game activities, educational activities, entertainment, leisure.

Educators know that a positive result can be achieved only by making parents their allies. I tried to arouse their interest in physical culture, strengthening the health of their children. For this purpose, a questionnaire was conducted on the topic "Physical culture in your family." The survey showed that the physical education of the child is mainly engaged in kindergarten, while at home the children spend most of their time in a static position. Only 12 families, out of 60 respondents, have sports corners, the parents admitted that they spend little time with their child in the fresh air. Therefore, I held a parent meeting on the topic “Children's health is in our hands”, in which I opened up the topic of protecting and strengthening the health of children, talked about the benefits of hardening, about modern sports games that can be played by the whole family. She gave practical recommendations on how fun it is to do exercises at home with your child. I also held a workshop with my parents "How to make interesting non-standard equipment with your own hands." Parents were shown schematic drawings and drawings of non-standard equipment. Most of the parents initially reacted to this idea without enthusiasm, and only 16 families were interested in non-standard equipment and made it according to our samples. The results were not slow to affect: parents noted an increased interest of children in physical movement exercises, an increase in their physical activity, and a decrease in morbidity.

In the future, I plan to carry out the following work with my parents:

  1. consultation "Hardening of the child's body and prevention of flat feet" with watching videos;
  2. drawing up a photo essay about your family "Active rest on weekends";
  3. the final meeting "A healthy mind in a healthy body", where parents will share their positive experiences of family education in terms of physical development;

In my work, I work closely with colleagues:

  1. spoke at the teachers' council with the report "Planning the direction" Physical development "in conjunction with other educational areas";
  2. held consultations: "Prevention of flat feet and correction of posture", "Equipping sports corners with non-standard equipment";
  3. prepared and conducted a master class on the manufacture of non-standard equipment;
  4. conducted an open review of physical education educational activities directly using manufactured equipment;
  5. developed and produced card files for educators of all age groups "Games that develop creative activity".

For several years now I have been doing yoga gymnastics, and the teaching staff was also interested in it. Conducted with colleagues a consultation and a master class on the topic "Yoga for health promotion". Many teachers became interested and at their request, two times a week in the kindergarten, practical classes on "Hatha Yoga" are held.

In order to ensure full-fledged physical, mental, aesthetic development, protection and strengthening of children's health and the development of motor creativity in them, in December 2011 in our kindergarten work was carried out on a short-term project "Modern approaches to the development of motor creativity in children in a preschool educational institution." The project realized the main goals and objectives of increasing the motor activity of children by means of physical culture and the use of a modern approach to the development of motor creativity - fairy tale therapy. All kindergarten teachers took part in the work on the project. I spoke with the project at the regional methodological association of physical culture instructors, where I shared my work experience with colleagues.

Summing up the results of the work done, we can note positive results: the interest of children in different types of movements has increased, inventiveness in independent motor activity has appeared, the emotional tone in physical education has significantly increased. The results of the performed diagnostics clearly show a higher level of development of the main movements. A high level of physical development was achieved by 72% of children, an average - 15%, a low level in 13% of children. Increased children's interest in exercise

Along with the children, my professional level and skill are also growing: in 2009 I took part in the “Teacher of the Year” competition in the Shchelkovsky municipal district of the Moscow region, where I took 3rd place in the “Growing healthy children” nomination. In 2010, she spoke to colleagues at the pedagogical assembly with an open lesson "Travel into space" and presented her experience on the topic "The influence of color on the emotional and physical development of preschoolers. Step aerobics in the practice of preschool educational institutions ". Not a single sports day held at the district level takes place without the participation of our kindergarten. In 2011, in the urban settlement of Shchelkovo, a general parent meeting “Healthy child, healthy family, healthy society” was held, in which the families of our pupils took part. At this meeting, the Deputy Head of Administration - Chairman of the Education Committee N.V. Surovtseva presented me with a letter of gratitude for my great contribution to the development of children's and youth sports and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

In the future, we plan to continue work on the formation of physical activity of children using non-standard equipment, replenish the card index of health-improving gymnastics, continue to equip sports corners, as well as the gym with non-standard physical equipment in accordance with the age characteristics of children, draw up long-term planning of sports leisure activities together with parents, generalize experience family education of parents who are most actively involved in sports with their children.

The reasoning of the physical culture instructor of the DOE "Vocation is a teacher"

Solodova Marina Dmitrievna - physical education instructor at MBDOU "Kindergarten No. 1 named after Yu.A. Gagarin ", Aniva, Sakhalin Region.
Description: disclosure of the motivation for choosing a profession, reflection of one's own pedagogical principles and approaches to education, the meaning of pedagogical activity.
"I give my heart to children"
I took these words as fundamental in my chosen profession from the great teacher-innovator V.A. Sukhomlinsky.

I work in kindergarten - a physical education instructor. It depends on me what kind of "Baggage" of knowledge about a healthy lifestyle the children will receive as a result of communication with me as a teacher. And if a child is healthy in mind and body since childhood, then he will definitely grow up as a real person, and physical education and sports will help him in this.

My place meeting with children is a gym, in which "I give my heart to children." Children need warmth, attention, awareness of the need to be healthy. And if you help them in this, the connection with them becomes long-term.

Important role my hobby for sports in adolescence, where I was engaged in track and field athletics, cross-country skiing, volleyball, played in my choice of profession. I liked skiing, running, jumping, playing sports and outdoor games, taking part in various sports competitions. There were ups and downs, victories and defeats! So eleven years passed! The moment of my choice of profession came and without hesitation I went to SAKHGU (Sakhalin State University), to the faculty of physical culture and sports! I graduated with honors. My sports spirit, hardened in sports, helped me in this! In 2002 I came to the kindergarten №1 named after. A. Gagarin, and I still work there for the benefit of all the guys. And now, working as a physical education instructor in a kindergarten, I often remember my school years.

I still I really like to play sports and outdoor games with children, see their shining eyes, I like to give children pleasure, with interest and benefit to satisfy their natural need for movement. I love my profession, I found my vocation - the vocation to be a teacher in kindergarten.
Physical education instructor in kindergarten, what is special about this profession?

The main thing in my professional activity - preservation, strengthening and augmentation of children's health. After all, children are our future, and a healthy child is the most important value of society, the guarantee of its successful development!
I teach the guys I run, jump, climb, think and play! And at the same time, temper your sports spirit! I teach them to walk through life healthy, to achieve their goal, to inspire their victories and temper their failures !!!

As a result, even a small success of a child becomes my success, and their first victories at preschool sports days are my big victories. Of course, not all of my pupils will become athletes, but already now my important result of my work is that children are active in learning about physical education and sports, are able to communicate in a children's team, realize the need for a healthy lifestyle, and demonstrate a high level of physical fitness.
But the effectiveness physical education classes with preschool children is manifested not only in their stable mastering of certain skills and abilities, learning movements and more (although this is a very important indicator). The success of the work is evidenced by the desire of the children to attend physical education classes again and again, the joy received from physical exercises, the desire to lead a healthy lifestyle, and go in for sports. Seeing happy and healthy faces of children is a huge reward for a teacher!

An important condition I consider my professional activity to be cooperation with the parents of the pupils.
I believe that strengthening the health of a child is impossible without the participation of parents. I am firmly convinced that the personal example of parents for a child is more convincing than any arguments, the best way to instill in a child a love of physical education is to do it with him! Children have an individual quality: they subconsciously remember the words and actions of adults, even copy their facial expressions. This can be successfully used to develop a child's taste for physical education. The kid, seeing energetic, athletic and cheerful parents in front of him every day, learns to believe in himself and be an optimist. We must remember that it is much easier to overcome life's difficulties if we are united.

I think - in work, one cannot be satisfied with what has already been achieved ... one must constantly grow, as children who come to kindergarten grow up. When you put a piece of your soul into your work, everything that is bright and kind that you have, then you have an opportunity to achieve high results.
I want to finish my essay with the words from the text of the song: “Take your heart, light it boldly - give it to the children to burn forever! For the common happiness, for the common cause! "

How the rate of a kindergarten physical education instructor is calculated, what constitutes the standard working time and what does the instructor do during a time that is not determined in hours

Learn more about the work of an ECE physical instructor

With the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard in preschool organizations, the requirements for the qualifications of a physical education instructor have been defined quite categorically: professional education in the field of physical education and sports. Surely in the bright future, such specialists will appear in kindergartens, however, today professionals do not strive for this position. Despite the fact that a physical education instructor belongs to the category of pedagogical workers, he does not have the rights to a preferential pension for 25 years of service like other pedagogical workers of preschool educational institutions, for example, an educator or music director.

Nevertheless, the main work of a physical education instructor is to conduct physical education, sports leisure and holidays with children, which, in fact, is included in the standard working hours, as well as drawing up long-term plans, class notes, maintaining documentation - what takes up the rest of the time is not specified in hours.

How the rate of the PEE physical education instructor is calculated

According to the Decree of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation of April 21, 1993 No. 88 in a preschool institution, or as it is now recommended: in a preschool educational organization for two groups of children aged three years and older, 0.25 physical education instructor's rate is laid, respectively, the full rate of a physical instructor is eight groups.

experience

Shulgina Ya.O.

Physical education instructor

2016 year.

I believe that today the leading place should be given to the use of technologies for preserving and stimulating health, as well as technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle and correction technologies.

________________________________________________________

Yana Olegovna has developed a long-term planning of physical education classes for children of junior, middle, senior and preparatory groups, systematized a variety of didactic material. The teacher has accumulated a "bank" of outdoor games that develop dexterity, speed and endurance. Complexes of remedial gymnastics for the correction and prevention of disorders of the musculoskeletal system were assembled: flat feet and posture disorders. Various methods of prevention of acute respiratory diseases and general health improvement of children have been collected and systematized.

The teacher constantly masters innovative methods and techniques that he introduces into his studies, technologies using non-standard equipment

The sports hall was updated and redesigned, sports equipment was replenished, an information and text stand was created in which the instructor prepares thematic exhibitions to familiarize parents and educators with innovative technologies, offers them recommendations for the health improvement of preschoolers and preventive methods.

Yana Olegovna works in close contact with parents, organizing joint holidays and entertainment for children and parents: the sports contest "Raising Champions", "What do we know about nature?", "In the land of funny balls."

Pupils of Yana Olegovna are able to confidently and actively perform the basic elements of the technique of movements, ordinal exercises and various methods of rebuilding. They organize outdoor games on their own. They master the basic types of movement: running, jumping, walking, balance, throwing, climbing, elements of sports games. Diagnostic resultstestify to high physical level of development of children, skills of moral behavior, physical and psychological readiness for school.

She is an active participant in preschool pedagogical workshops and citywide events..

There are many problems in the modern education system. One of them is the orientation of the entire education system towards health-preserving education and upbringing. Before preschool education, there is currently an acute question of ways to improve work on health promotion, the development of movements and the physical development of children. Today, the problem of children's health and the real deterioration of their physical, mental, moral and spiritual condition are very urgent. We all bear a historical responsibility for the health of future generations and only together we can change the situation.

Starting to work on this problem, I studied the methodological literature on health-improving work in a preschool educational institution. And also considered the main tasks, means and literature on the physical education of preschoolers and solutions that are proposed by the developers of methodological manuals on the problem of strengthening and maintaining the health of preschool children.

For several years, the health and fitness direction has been the main direction of my work. My goal is not to achieve high results in a short period of time. The main thing is to help children to show their own potentialities, to introduce them to a healthy lifestyle, to instill a love for physical culture and sports.

To successfully fulfill the tasks of health preservation, I have developed a program to preserve and strengthen the health of children in preschool settings. The program displays:

The introduction of new health-preserving technologies in the activities of preschool educational institutions (implementationprograms for the preservation and strengthening of the health of children in the conditions of preschool educational institutions), elements of fitball - gymnastics;

Use of valeological techniques to motivate a healthy lifestyle;

Using ICTs to better demonstrate the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

She compiled an electronic card index of activities with children, teachers and parents, a card index of games and exercises of various forms of physical activity, as an addition to the main educational program of education and training in kindergarten.Materials from work experience were published on the international Internet forum of pedagogical workers “MAAM.RU».

In addition to the main comprehensive program, teachers use partial programs and methods: L. I. Penzulaeva "Recreational gymnastics for preschool children", L. I. Penzulaeva "Outdoor games and game exercises for children 3-5 and 5-7 years old", S. Ya. Laizane "Physical education for kids", the valeological program of N. V. Kozlov "I am a man", the author's program of K. K. Utrobina "Entertaining physical education".

To ensure the full-fledged timely development of children, the preservation and strengthening of physical and mental health, the prevention of colds, the physical development and health improvement of pupils, the preschool institution has a gym equipped with the necessary traditional and non-standard equipment, sports corners in groups that are created taking into account the age characteristics of children ... The walking areas of the kindergarten have sports and play equipment, where children have the opportunity to develop motor skills at any time of the year.

In each group, a zone of physical activity and a zone of solitude have been created; health corners with information for parents have been equipped in the reception. All groups have corners of nature. They create a homely, cozy atmosphere and a comfortable, developing and health-preserving atmosphere for children.

Every year, three times a year, to identify the physical development of children in preschool educational institutions, I conduct monitoring using a software and technological complex (PTC) - this isa computer program designed to solve educational-analytical, predictive and informational tasks related to the management of educational activities in a preschool educational institution. The program is aimed at analyzing the real result of the educational process, helps to see the dynamics of the development of each child according to the main features: social, cognitive, aesthetic and psychophysical.

Analyzing the monitoring results, it turned out that children experience "motor deficits" due to poor physical development of children when they enter kindergarten, and therefore, age-related development of all physical qualities is delayed. Children are overweight, impaired posture, as a result of which they visually experience clumsiness, baggy, gestures and sluggish facial expressions, drag their legs when walking, feel stiffness, uncertainty, head down, no posture. Therefore, I came to the conclusion that for the full physical development of children, it is necessary to use health-preserving technologies and health-strengthening techniques, which should contribute to the correction of physical, psychomotor, speech, emotional and general mental development.

A survey of parents of children attending kindergarten revealed the following problem, it turned out that parents have insufficient knowledge of how to improve the health of a child with the help of physical exercises, tempering, outdoor games. They often protect their little ones from physical efforts (“don’t run, don’t jump, don’t climb, or you will fall, sit down”), even from healthy competition in outdoor games.I have developed an "electronic piggy bank" of events in order to cooperate with parents on the formation of a healthy lifestyle in children: parent meetings, consultations, contests, sports events, health holidays, open days, travel folders, conversations. Information and educational activities are expressed in the formation of a healthy lifestyle for parents as a value, as well as in acquainting parents with various forms of physical education work in a preschool institution. Informing about the state of health and physical development, about the level of motor readiness of their child, attracting parents to participate in various forms of joint activities: physical culture leisure and holidays.

For successful work on introducing parents and teachers to healthy lifestyle,a program has been developed to preserve and strengthen the health of children in preschool educational settings, which reflects the prospect of health-preservingactivities for five years.

All the work on the physical education of children is organized, taking into account their physical fitness and existing deviations in health. The basis is the results of medical and pedagogical diagnostics. For this purpose, I draw up individual cards for each child in the preschool educational institution. Data processing makes it possible to single out children for the implementation of a differentiated approach in the process of developing motor skills. This allows you to plan physical culture and health work, taking into account the existing deviations in the state of health. I single out the health groups of newly arrived children, determine the level of physical qualities of children, and make anthropometric measurements. Children come to our preschool institution mainly with II and III health groups and with various pathologies. After analyzing the facts, I identified a contradiction between the need to form a child's conscious attitude to his health and the lack of an integrated system of physical culture and health work in the preschool educational institution, based on modern health technologies and taking into account local conditions, and the need to introduce non-traditional approaches to working with children.

The educational activity that I have built involves conducting a cycle of conversations with preschoolers: about the need to observe the daily regimen, about the importance of hygienic and motor culture, about health and means of strengthening it, about the functioning of the body and the rules of taking care of it. Children acquire the skills of culture and a healthy lifestyle, knowledge of the rules of safe behavior and reasonable actions in unforeseen situations.Caring for a healthy lifestyle for preschool children is the basis of physical and moral health, and health improvement can be ensured only through a comprehensive solution of pedagogical, medical and social issues.

One of the solutions is an integrated approach to the improvement of children through the use of health-preserving technologies, without which the pedagogical process of a modern kindergarten is unthinkable. Their implementation is based on the formation of a child's conscious attitude to his health, which, in turn, should become a system-forming factor in the modernization of physical culture and health-improving activities of a modern kindergarten.

I begin to carry out finger gymnastics from a young age, individually and with a subgroup, during the day: during morning exercises, physical exercises, in my free time in the morning and after sleep for 2-3 minutes. In preschool children, a delay in the development of speech is quite often observed, although they are healthy and in order to increase the efficiency of the cerebral cortex, improve articulation movements, prepare the hand for writing, it is necessary to systematically train the movements of the fingers and the entire hand, which are the most important factor in the development of the child. Most often I use verse rhythm in finger gymnastics, which helps to put correct breathing, to develop verbal hearing. Children especially like such gymnastics as: "House and Gates", "Guests", "Who has arrived?"

Studies show that 90% of all information about the world around a person receives through the eyes. The load on the eyes of a modern child is enormous, and they rest only during sleep. Exercise for the eyes is good for everyone, especially for children. One of the most common diseases of our time is myopia. To prevent myopia and slow down its progression, I use special gymnastics for the eyes. In my work I use a number of different game exercises according to the methodology of Professor V.F. Bazarny. Eye exercises involve moving the eyeball in all directions.

One of the main features of the nervous system of preschool children is the slow switching from one state to another, which contributes to the lack of formation of nervous processes. That is why, after a nap with the children, I conduct special exercises that allow them to gradually move to a vigorous state.

In the content of morning exercises I include various constructions and rebuilding, various types of walking, running, jumping with a gradual increase in the physical activity of children. I offer children exercises for balance and coordination development, outdoor games and basic developmental exercises.

Awakening gymnastics is performed while lying in beds. First, children stretch out: bend their backs, stretch their arms up, turn over from side to side. Then they do exercises, accompanied by the text that they especially like ("Pussies wake up", "Crab", "Snake"). After gymnastics, children walk along a ribbed or massage health path, which enhances the healing effect. The importance of awakening gymnastics should not be underestimated. It develops respiratory muscles, increases the mobility of the chest and diaphragm, improves blood circulation in the lungs, the activity of the cardiovascular system, strengthens the muscles of the back, feet, and increases concentration.

In my teaching practice, I systematically apply motional warm-up games, which help to reduce the emotional and physical stress of children at the psychological and physical levels. This, in turn, contributes to the formation and strengthening of adaptive mechanisms.

Motor games-warm-ups are carried out at the beginning, middle or end of a directly organized activity, as children get tired, lasting 3-5 minutes, depending on age. It must be remembered that the intensity of the exercises should not be high, their main task is to allow the child to change posture, use the muscles that have not been involved in the process of activity, and relax the worked ones. A short but intense load will only lead to the opposite effect - to additional fatigue and to that already tired children. As a prevention of fatigue, it is recommended to carry out smooth "stretching" movements for all children, which relieve muscle tension, increase the level of mental and working capacity, which is why great attention is paid to breathing exercises in combination with various body movements at the beginning of the warm-up. This contributes to the optimization of gas exchange and blood circulation, ventilation of all areas of the lungs, as well as overall health and well-being.

Analysis over the past three years has shown that the dynamics of morbidity in kindergarten has decreased, as evidenced by a comparative analysis of PTC.Cognitive moments are organically combined with health-improving ones, educational activities are combined with breathing exercises, eye gymnastics, relaxation, self-massage and other health-preserving technologies.

The results convince in the correctness and effectiveness of the measures I have chosen to improve physical culture and health-improving work. However, I do not stop at the achieved level. My creative search continues today. In the 2016-2017 academic year, she organized the work of a health club for preschool children "Fitball School".
