  1. Poppy should be poured with hot water (preferably boiling water), leave it to stand for 30 minutes so that it swells and becomes softer. Cover the container with poppy seeds with a saucer or a lid.
  2. Start kneading the dough in a food processor. First, pour the flour with sugar into the bowl (leave some for the filling), break the eggs, pour in the required amount of milk, add a little nutmeg and vanilla. Then pour in the olive oil.
